    Consultation

    Week 1

    We visit your home, listen to how you live in it, and talk honestly about scope, priorities, and budget. You leave knowing whether we’re the right fit — no pressure, no vague promises.

  2. 02

    Design & Selections

    Weeks 2–6

    We develop the plan, produce drawings and 3D views, and guide your material and finish selections. Locking these in early is what keeps the budget and schedule honest once we build.

    Estimate & Agreement

    Before we build

    You receive a detailed written estimate tied to a defined scope and real selections — not placeholders. When you approve it, the number you sign is the number we build to.

  4. 04

    Permits & Engineering

    Varies by city

    We prepare complete submittals, coordinate structural and mechanical engineering, and manage plan check and corrections so your project clears review as smoothly as possible.

Are you a licensed and insured contractor?

Yes. Realty Builders, Inc. is a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #797103) and carries insurance. We’re glad to provide current documentation before your project begins.

What areas do you serve?

We remodel homes across the San Francisco Bay Area — the city, the Peninsula, and the South Bay — and across Southern California, from the San Fernando Valley to the Westside and the San Gabriel Valley.

Do you handle design, or do I need an architect?

We’re a design-build company, so design and construction happen under one roof. If you already have an architect or drawings, we’re happy to build from them.

How do you price a project?

From a detailed scope and your finalized selections, so the written estimate reflects real materials and work rather than a placeholder number. Any changes are quoted in writing before we proceed.

Will you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We prepare submittals, coordinate engineering, and manage plan check and inspections through final sign-off as part of the project.

How do you keep the project on schedule?

One project manager owns the schedule, selections are locked before construction, and trades are sequenced to avoid collisions. You always know what’s happening this week and what decisions are coming next.
